Ndaba Ntsele - Executive Chairman and Co-Founder

Ndaba Ntsele is a game-changer in the South African business fraternity. Executive Chairman and co-founder of Pamodzi, he has successfully led the company’s expansion from a property development entity in the 1970’s into a multi-billion African-owned Group with assets across the globe.

Ndaba is widely recognised locally and internationally for his deal-making expertise and eye for talent and opportunities. In 2008, he was inducted into Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in Monte Carlo after winning the 2007 South African chapter of the awards.

He is the current President of the Black Business Council (BBC), and Chairman of Education Africa. Ndaba holds numerous senior board positions mostly in Pamodzi’s portfolio companies. He is a council member at the University of the Free State and also sits on the Advisory Board of the Wits Business School for Entrepreneurs.

Loyiso Mangena – Chief Operating Officer

Loyiso Mangena brings over a decade of experience in communication to Pamodzi Group; he was Executive Director at Tshwaragano Intelligent Metering Services and Chief Executive and co-owner of Corner Dladla Productions before that.  An entrepreneur at heart, Mangena has started and successfully managed companies in an array of industries including construction, telematics, transport and fast moving consumer goods. Mangena serves on the boards of several of Pamodzi’s companies.

Mangena has been instrumental in the expansion of the Group, focusing on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and overall management of Pamodzi’s underlying assets and investments.  With a background in accounting and marketing.  Loyiso is a graduate of the Wits Business School.

Sindisiwe Dlamini – Chief Financial Officer

Sindisiwe Dlamini’s association with Pamodzi dates back to the early 1990’s. She joined the company in 2003 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, and has worked her way up the corporate ladder.

Dlamini started her career at Tongaat-Hulett Sugar as an accountant after completing her B.Com degree in 1994. She also worked as a Tax Auditor for the South African Revenue Services (SARS) and underwent the Strategic Leadership program from the Gordon’s Institute of Business Sciences (GIBS).

Since then, Dlamini has served on the boards of various organisations. These include Altech IT, Marine Products and Women Chartered Accountants. She currently serves on the board of Anglo Inyosi Coal, a fully empowered South African company with a resource base of over four billion tons. Anglo Inyosi Coal is the result of a partnership between Anglo Coal and a Pamodzi led consortium.
